Driven pressure is high, the downside is easy to cause wear and tear to the intake valve. If the driving pressure is higher than the required value, can cause serious wear and tear to the intake valve and had to replace the inlet valve in advance.

 

In this case, it is recommended to use pressure reducing valve or valve station. Maintain the pressure reducing valve can be allowed to drive can meet the set pressure of the pump rate, but also can protect the inlet valve is not subject to wear. In addition, the application of the space is narrow, it is recommended to use with steam pipe valve station. In the process of water pump, steam pipe for steam supply to pump provides a buffer. The buffer motion of the entire unit, downy, reduce the wear and tear for pressure reducing valve.
